Welcome to Supplepopz. By downloading, installing, or using our iOS application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Supplepopz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Supplepopz is a supplement tracking application that provides:

  • Supplement logging with an interactive bubble interface
  • Customizable reminder notifications
  • Streak tracking for building healthy habits
  • Optional Apple HealthKit integration
  • iCloud sync across your Apple devices

3. Medical Disclaimer

Supplepopz is not a medical application. The App is designed solely to help you track when you take your supplements. It does not provide:

  • Medical advice or recommendations
  • Diagnosis or treatment suggestions
  • Drug interaction warnings
  • Dosage recommendations

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen or making changes to your health routine. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything related to this App.

4. User Accounts

Supplepopz does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Managing your iCloud account settings
  • Backing up your data as desired

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Supplepopz only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App to track substances other than legal supplements and medications
  • Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Supplepopz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your supplement data and any content you create within the App remains yours. We claim no ownership over your personal data.

7. Apple HealthKit

If you choose to integrate with Apple HealthKit:

  • You grant the App permission to read and write supplement-related health data
  • Your HealthKit data will not be used for advertising or marketing
  • HealthKit data will not be disclosed to third parties
  • We comply with all Apple HealthKit guidelines and requirements

8. Pricing and Payments

Supplepopz is available as a one-time purchase for $2.49 USD (price may vary by region):

  • One-time payment provides lifetime access to all features
  • No subscriptions or recurring charges
  • Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

9. Privacy

Your use of Supplepopz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any information obtained through the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPPLEPOPZ, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App
  • Any conduct or content of any third party
  • Any content obtained from the App
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supplepopz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supplepopz regarding the use of the App.
